Shipping:

We offer free shipping within Canada and all of the USA on all orders over $44. and a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $44.

All orders are sent Expedited Post. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped, and expect between 7-10 days for shipping within North America, sometimes it will arrive quite a bit sooner.

If you would prefer to have your shipment sent Express, please contact us and we would be happy to adjust your shipping cost.

All orders are placed & processed via a secure Paypal site.

Accepted methods of payment are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

If, for any reason, your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately via email. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock, and we can remove the item from your order or substitute the item.

Returns and Exchanges:

We are confident that you will be very happy with your Parade purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every Parade item. If you would like to exchange or refund your items for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you with your return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.   Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. We will issue you a refund on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
